The Law consists of 55 articles, divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Capital and Stocks (II); Corporation Formation (III); Financial Affairs (IV); Miscellaneous Provisions (V). To achieve the objectives of this Law, the Corporation is obliged to modify and preserve irrigation system of Nangarhar Province, achieve agricultural development to increase the agricultural products, increase the livestock products, facilitate education and research on agricultural, livestock, and irrigation issues.
