More specifically, the Title provides for SPDES permits, and the application required for it; related rules and regulations; notice and public participation; access to information; prohibited discharges; municipal and industrial stormwater discharges; effluent limitations; stormwater management design manual modification; application of effluent standards and limitations; water quality standards; other requirements; compliance schedules; SPDES permits; additional terms and conditions; discharge point signs; coordination with agricultural environmental management (AEM) program; duration and reissuance of SPDES permits; applications, reports, notices; fees; discharges of industrial waste to publicly owned treatment works; notification of discharges affecting groundwaters; mandatory sewage release reporting and notification by publicly owned treatment works and operators of publicly owned sewer systems; discharges affecting groundwaters; inspection and entry; and environmental monitors for tankers.
