The Basic Guidelines shall specify which matters should be the guidelines set forth in the basic policy set forth in the matters concerning the significance and target of the promotion of the growth implementation of specified forest thinning, etc. Basic matters concerning the setting of areas to be taken to promote the implementation of specified thinning, etc. The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries shall submit the Specific Thinning Promotion Plan.
