Resumen The present Regulations are made under the Mineral Resources Act, 1985. Whoever proposes to conduct seismic operations in Saskatchewan must adhere to the present Regulations and apply to Saskatchewan Energy and Mines for a licence to conduct seismic exploration and for an explosive permit if blasting is used as an energy source. The holder of the exploration licence must also submit a “Submission of Preliminary Plans” form to Saskatchewan Energy for approval.
