Resumen

These Regulations specify conditions in which animal pathogens are not considered a “dangerous substance” in the sense of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Extension to Animal Pathogens) Order 2007. Part 7 of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001, as modified by that Order, places duties on the occupiers of premises at which dangerous substances are kept. However, under section 58(5) of the Act, something which otherwise falls within that definition is not to be regarded as a dangerous substance if it satisfies conditions prescribed in Regulations or is kept or used in circumstances so prescribed.
