Sanitary certificate for the imports, re-introduction and temporary entrance in the European Community territory of specimens of registered horses, and horses for reproduction, production and slaughtering purposes.

The Gazette contains specimens of the certificates to be issued for the imports of horses in the European Community and establishes the following information to be provided therein: (a) animal species, breed, sex, age; (b) place of origin and destination; (c) health conditions of the animal; (d) declaration to be signed by the person concerned regarding the sanitary conditions of transport.
