Resumen

This Resolution approves the rules for application, review and making decision on granting use rights on state property owned by a state agency, agencies of the autonomous republics of Abkhazia and Adjara, municipalities, or legal entities under public law. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Submitting a request to transfer property into use (2); Procedure for preliminary transfer of property into use by a state agency, agencies of the autonomous republics of Abkhazia and Adjara, municipalities, or legal entities under public law (3); Procedure for transfer of property in use by a state agency, agencies of the autonomous republics of Abkhazia and Adjara, municipalities, or legal entities under public law to another state agency, agencies of the autonomous republics of Abkhazia and Adjara, municipalities, or legal entities under public law (4); Procedure for transfer of property whose owner is not ascertained (5); and Transitional provision (6).
