Article 1 decrees the strictly prohibition of laboratory re-examination and retesting on imported meat, which have been infected by harmful germs and non-suitability for human consumption. Article 2 decrees that the laboratory re-examination and retesting is mandatory only of the uncontaminated part of meat shipments in the case of contamination of some of meat shipments and the validity of the rest. Article 3 entrusts the Directorate of Livestock – Office of Export, Import and Quarantine Control in cooperation with the border quarantine Centres to implement this Resolution.
