Resumen This Resolution approves the Statute of the Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Administration. This Statute, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes duties and responsibilities of this institution entitled to: approve directives, organization and regulations; create or extinguish delegations or other forms of representations; define and approve contract-programmes, according to art. 20; approve the action plan; issue and homologate contracts of: management, end of exploitation and concession. The Statute is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Management organs (Chap. II); Functions and structure (Chap. III); Budget and financial matters (Chap. IV).
