It consists of eleven articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Scope of applications (3); Main purposes of the minimum safe manning (4); Terms for the minimum safe manning (5); Special requirements imposed on the minimum safe manning (6); Duties of the vessel owner (7); Procedure for issuing the certificate for the minimum safe manning (8); Validity period, extension of the validity period, and amendments of the certificate (9); Information that needs to included in the certificate (10); and Certificate fee (11).
