Resolution No. 23/2003 approving the Policy on Science and Technology and the Strategy for its implementation.

This Resolution approves the Policy on Science and Technology and the Strategy for its implementation. The above mentioned Policy and Strategy, consisting of 12 Sections. This Policy aims to contribute to the reduction of absolute poverty, to the improvement of the standard of living of the population, and to national development through the creation of conditions to foster research, to encourage the promotion of scientific and technological skills including local knowledge and by promoting more effective processes of technology transfer and endogenous technological production, etc.
