Resolution No. 23 of 2000 on the licensing of selling and trading of agricultural pesticides.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles on the licensing of the sale and trade of agricultural pesticides. Subject to the provisions contained in any law or regulation in effect on the licensing of businesses, it is not permissible for any party to obtain the authorization to engage in the sale and trade of agricultural pesticides unless a written approval of the General Department for Plant Protection and Quarantine is obtained (Art.1). Article 2 states that the General Administration of Plant Protection and Quarantine will set the conditions to be met in order to obtain this authorization.
