Resumen

This Instruction establishes the procedure for organizing and conducting selective state statistical observation of prices for foodstuffs in retail stores by state statistical bodies. Consumer price shall be intended the actual price of a product sold on free sale, which is the final price of consumption and includes value added tax, excises and other taxes, as well as the costs and profits of basic organizations. Price registration shall be intended collection of primary statistical data on prices for goods included in the formed lists of foodstuffs (except for fruits and vegetables) and fruits and vegetables for selective observation. When selecting basic organizations selling fruit and vegetable products, one should additionally study the saturation of the city's stores with a specific product, the quality of the product and the level of prices for it. To conduct sample observation, the sample set of basic organizations includes autonomous, chain, branded retail stores, which, depending on the range of goods, can be specialized and non-specialized. Annex 1 contains the list of cities of sampling. Annex 2 contains the list of foodstuffs for selective observation. Annex 3 contains the list of fruits and vegetables for selective observation
