The duration of the abovementioned Cooperative work shall be 99-years and the nominal sum of money shall be Lebanese Lira (LL) 1,000,000). The objectives of this Cooperative are to improve the life conditions of its members, to guarantee fishing equipments with cheep prices, to establish a harbour for the protection of fishing vessels and to establish a structure for fish sale by auction.
