Resumen The aim of this Resolution is to regulate fishing. The present Resolution is composed of 8 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the Vessel Fishing Licence Register. Articles 2-4 deal with licence’s applications, the Competent Authority granting licences, and procedures for the registration. Article 5 defines licence fees.
