Resolution No. 142 of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the approval of the forms of the compliance, hygienic certificates and veterinary Licenses issued to foodstuffs and regulations for issuing the compliance, hygienic certificates and veterinary certificate.

Resumen

This Resolution validates the forms of forms of compliance certificate (Annex 1), hygienic certificate (Annex 2) and veterinary certificate (Annex 3), and also sets the mandatory procedures for the issuance thereof. Certification of the foodstuffs shall be carried out in order to ensure safety of foodstuffs for human life and health, and also for environment. Hygienic and sanitary requirements shall be applicable to imported foodstuffs in order to ensure the compliance thereof with the national legislation. The applicant shall submit to the authorized state certification authority the following documentation: (a) for legal persons – name and legal address of the legal body; for natural persons – surname, name, father’s name, information regarding the identification card (series, number, issued when and by whom); (b) for products that are produced in the form of series: normative documents (when necessary); copy of the quality management system’s certificate (when available); reports of the tests carried out by the producer; copy of the hygienic certificate; copy of the veterinary certificate for the products of animal origin; copy of the phytosanitary certificate for the unprocessed products of plan origin; copy of the special agreement when stipulated in the legislation; and (c) for products produced as a load: copy of the agreement (contract); test reports (when available); copy of the hygienic certificate; copy of the quality certificate issued by the producer for the product (when available); copy of the veterinary certificate for the products of animal origin; copy of the phytosanitary certificate for unprocessed products of plant origin.
