Resolution No. 104/2013 creating the Interministerial Committee for managing emergency situations within the Council of São Miguel.

This Resolution, consisting of 10 articles, creates the Interministerial Committee for managing emergency situations within the Council of São Miguel. This Committee is under the direct supervision of the member of the Government responsible for the Rural Development. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to: assess the existing situation within the Municipality; propose measures and solutions; and build on and manage a framework of integrated response facing heavy rains occurred in Cape Verde, causing disasters in several municipalities of the country.
