This Resolution enters into force on 24 October 1979.
Resumen

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Provisions of this Implementing Regulation shall be applied to commercial and industrial houses and public utilities provided for in Resolution No. 8 of 1979 (art. 1). Article 2 defines measures and steps for obtaining licences for commercial and industrial houses and public utilities, which are: (a) presentation of applications to the Concerned Municipality; (b) the Competent Office shall examine the application and express its opinion regarding the matter; (c) in case of approval of the application the Office shall fix a date to inspect on the place to ascertain the compatibility of the place with the hygienic requirements and fire fighting and prevention requirements. Article 3 deals with the establishment of the Complaint Permanent Committee by the issance of a resolution of the Minister of Municipality Affairs. Article 4 lists the professions which could be practiced by foreigners.
