This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Resumen

This Resolution approves the guidelines for the Contingency Plan and Emergency for water supply and sanitation services of the Municipality of Natal. This Guidelines (in Annex), consisting of four Sections, specifies the preparation and implementation of the Contingency Plan and Emergency for water supply and sanitation services of the Municipality of Natal. This Basic Guidelines aims at establishing the minimum conditions to be observed by the public service providers of water and water sanitation during the designing of the Contingency Plan and Emergency, which is a set of procedures that allow the service provider to respond effectively before events, that for magnitude and characteristics, may cause conditions of danger to the public or the environment, or affect the normality of water supply and sanitation services.
