Conditions of CITES permits are specified. The Regulations also concern the transport of live animals listed in the CITES Appendix I and I, procedures to be followed when CITES specimen are imported, exported or introduced from the sea, controlled wildlife products manufacturer’s licence or a dealer’s licences, registers, returns and accounts of controlled wildlife products to be kept by controlled wildlife products manufacturers and dealers, possession of controlled wildlife products and marking of controlled wildlife products.
