Moreover, consignments of animals shall be accompanied by the veterinary health certificate referred to in Regulation 2. Regulation 4 deals with the quarantine measures to be undertaken upon arrival of the animals in Malaysia. Afterwards, the animals shall be slaughtered in accordance with Regulation 5.
