It establishes the legal norms, procedure and conditions for providing state subsidies for the maintenance of breeding and particularly valuable farm animals and poultry. The amount of the subsidy includes costs associated with acceptance, keeping and feeding breeding livestock and poultry. The amount of state subsidies for the maintenance of pedigree agricultural animals includes the total realizable value when they are sold. Farmer breeding plants, cooperatives, farms and peasant farms that have undergone special testing, where systematic breeding records of livestock are maintained according to the required standards, can be subsidized by the state. State certification of farm breeding plants, breeding farms, peasant and cooperative farms is carried out by a special commission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Kyrgyz Republic.
