Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation provides all measures and standards for the correct performance of the natural gas market and related activities on the Croatian territory, determines the procedure for the reservation and allocation of gas system capacities, defines all necessary rules for the trade of capacities and the balancing of the gas system, rules for use of operational stocks, the procedure for the change of gas supplier and other rules for the implementation of all important principles aimed to grant a correct, sustainable and safe gas market management.
