Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force on 1 November 2009.

Resumen

This Regulation provides for a complete network rules and related codes governing the technical requirements for the operation, management and development of the natural gas distribution system, connection with other parts of the gas system, connection to the distribution system and measurement rules for the distribution of gas on the Croatian territory, also including various safety provisions (environmental, technical and human security policies and general and specific natural gas distribution safety requirements and standards).
