Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation establishes the levels of genetically modified organisms under which the products are marketed, and with accidentally or technically unavoidable traces of authorized genetically modified organisms that cannot be excluded, but without the necessary label as product containing genetically modified organisms.
