This text entered into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 18 May 2021).

Resumen

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the national Law on the protection against environmental noise, prescribes the necessary functions and sets rules regarding the composition of the Expert Council for approval of the strategic noise maps. The Council is a permanent expert advisory unit to the Bulgarian Minister of Health in connection with the approval of strategic noise maps and action plans for major railways, major airports and major roads.
