This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation confirms the adoption and the implementation of the necessary rules into the legal system of the Republic of Montenegro as regards the Memorandum of understanding between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of Romania on cooperation in the environment and sustainable development (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 05/2013).
