Entry into force notes: This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen: This Regulation prescribes the content, process and methodology for the adoption of the water and river basin management plan, the way of informing and consulting the public on the draft of planning documents, as well as the composition of the Council of the water district, and the manner of his meeting and decision making.
