Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation prescribes: the content, form and method for the correct keeping water records; the amount of charges for the issue of extracts from water-related documents; the scope of data on water and aquatic environments that has to be collected, processed and interpreted by Croatian Waters, standards for taxpayers related to the delivery of the information; and terms and manner for the delivery of such data.
