This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation determines the contents and manner of keeping the Register of applications for granting plant breeders' rights, the Register of protected plant varieties, the Register of transferred breeders' rights, and the Register of the license agreements. The Register of Applications for granting plant breeders' rights, the Register of protected plant varieties, the Register of transferred breeders' rights and the Register of license agreements shall be kept by the Serbian ministry in charge for agriculture. Content lists and data to be submitted in each of Registers are provided as follows: Register of Applications for granting plant breeders' rights in article 3. Register of protected plant varieties in article 4; Register of transferred breeders' rights in articles 5 and 6; and Register of license contracts in articles 7 and 8.
