Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation provides for a price list that determines the amount of compensation for damage caused to wildlife and the benchmarks and criteria for the compensation for damage to wildlife caused by hunting, as well as the value of compensation for damage caused by hunting of game that does not live permanently on the same hunting ground.
