Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will officially apply on 1 January 2014.

Resumen

This Regulation hereby establishes the exact amount of fees to be paid by legal entity and/or entrepreneur for the following issues: registration and assessment of plant protection products, active substances, or basic substance; examination and sampling of pesticides that are performed at their request; examination and sampling of food, feed and other actions aimed to determine the residues of plant protection products (carried at their request); and many other related tasks in the field of plant protection products inspection, sampling and examination.
