The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.

Resumen

This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of fumigation of environments where plants, plant products and forestry products are cultivated, stored and transported. The Regulation also regulates the rules and procedures concerned with the designation, training and authorization of fumigation personnel.
