September 2012; and for the provisions of article 14, paragraph 2, article 18, article 19, paragraph 2, article 29 and article 30, paragraph 2 in the part related to the protected areas, which will apply from the date of entry of the Republic of Serbia into the European Union. Resumen This Regulation prescribes the manner of placing on the market of plants, plant products and regulated objects in a protected area, including the conditions for phytosanitary examination, performance of all mansions and duties regarding the phytosanitary inspection as well as occasional phytosanitary inspection and official deadlines for their implementation; further defining the content and form of the plant passports (classified by types of plants, plant products and regulated objects), methods for their issuing, records and data keeping.
