The Regulation consists of 3 Chapters, which is divided into 18 articles: General Provisions (I); Registration and Permit (II); Final Provisions (III). The Regulation plans to control manufacturing, importation and exportation of destructive substances and reduce the use of destructive substances. The Regulation aims to eliminate the use of CFCs based on the Montreal Protocol. The Regulation provides a list of all substances which are destructive to ozone layer.
