Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation aims at extending the use of organic, mineral and microbial fertilizers to improve the physical, chemical and biological structure of the soil, increase the productivity in vegetative production, protect human health and prevent environmental pollution. This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of import, export, production, placing into the market and registration of organic, mineral and microbial fertilizers. Furthermore this Regulation sets forth provisions on the establishment, duties and authorities of the Commission, production permit, import permit, export permit, licensing, inspection, sampling, testing, labelling, marking, data declaration, and licensing of products under the scope of the organic agriculture.
