Resumen This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight Paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes that analysis of poultry meat consists in: controlling quality requirements; measurement of temperature; establishing the weight of single packages qualified by weight categories; establishing the amount of water absorbed in chicken carcass. In particular, controls on quality requirements (as well as state of packages) is done visually.
