This Regulation entered into force on 29 September 2012.
Resumen

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment lays down control rules and measures to control bluetongue. The occurrence or suspicion of bluetongue is subject to compulsory and immediate notification to the competent authority. Further the Regulation provides measures to be taken in case of suspicion of infection and in case of outbreak of the disease. The Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Suspicion of bluetongue (Sec. 2); Confirmation of bluetongue (Sec. 3); Vaccination (Sec. 4); Protection and surveillance zones (Sec. 5); Laboratories (Sec. 6); Plan (Sec. 7); Final provisions (Sec. 8).
