Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation authorizes the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management to make decisions about the allocation of forests and/or forest land owned by the Croatian Republic from the forest of economic importance and to transfer the ownership rights to any other legal or natural persons.
