This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.

Resumen

This Regulation sets forth rules and procedures to prevent to introduction and spread of the Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte in the country. The Regulation covers provisions on methods of survey, prevention of the spread, determination of and fight against Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte. This Regulation is prepared in accordance with the Commission Decision 2003/766/EC on emergency measures to prevent the spread within the Community of Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte.
