Entry into force notes

The Regulation enters into force 6 months after publication in the Journal of Laws.

Resumen

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of ten Paragraphs, establishes that documentation on fishing management activities shall consist of: reports on fish reproduction; reports on fish and crayfish catching; management book; an annual summary. All information shall be in Polish, without any abbreviations (apart from the popular ones). All corrections shall be confirmed with signature and date. The attached Annexes contain forms of the required reports.
