Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation determines the effective financial rules (in terms of fees, concrete costs, official deadlines and other) as regards the procedures related to the placing on the market of biocidal products (available under the rules brought by the Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing on the market and use of biocidal products).
