The Regulation enters into force 7 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.

Resumen

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of five paragraphs. The competent authority shall pass the list of workers entitled to access branded livestock registers and registers of horses to the President of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and to entities keeping registers of horses. The entitled worker can apply for amendment or modification of the information included in the registers.
