This text entered into force on 13 December 2008.
Resumen

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on environmental noise protection, prescribes generic conditions regarding the necessary equipment that should be owned by authorized scientific professional organizations and institutions as well as other legal and natural persons that are engaged in performance of certain professional works aimed at noise pollution monitoring. Authorized scientific, professional organizations and institutions as well as other legal and natural persons should have equipment for performing noise monitoring that enables the implementation of all noise measurements, both laboratory and field measurements. Noise monitoring equipment should be in accordance with national standards and standards of the European Union, and in line with the latest modern scientific and technical achievements. Noise monitoring equipment consists of noise measuring devices which can adequately process the results of noise measurements and with automatic display of results that can be printed immediately after measurement.
