This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Forest Law (Republika Srpska), determines the conditions of use of other forest products and sets the method of collecting compensation for their use in forests and on forest lands owned by the Republika Srpska. Other forest products (non-wood forest products) are considered to be all biotic products, except forest wood assortments, which can be collected for food or trade, and relate to: wild forest plants, products of animal origin and inanimate products found in forest and on forest land. Other forest products of plant origin include: wild medicinal, edible and aromatic plants, mushrooms, forest fruits, fruits, cones, seeds and leaves of forest trees and shrubs, ornamental shrubs, reeds, juices from forest trees, various plant organs (root, bark, leaves, resin, fruits, pathological growths on trees, fruits and leaves), moss, lichens, grass (hay) from meadows within forests and above forest vegetation. Products of animal origin include: bees and their products in forest trees, snails, leeches, earthworms, snakes (venom, skin, meat). Products of inanimate nature include: blackness, humus and bushes.
