The Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2004.

Resumen

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of ten Paragraphs, establishes that the assessment of rational fishing management shall cover: the contract to manage the given fishing area; required documentation on the fishing activities; consistency of fish and crayfish catching with the permission; methods of fish and crayfish reproduction. The Regulation also establishes the organs allowed to verify and lays down specific provisions on the verification report.
