Compensations vary according to species, size, and the location of fishing. Article 2 specifies the size of fish considered to be young fish, and prohibits catching, transportation, sale and purchase of such fish all year round. The departments described in article 9 and 10 of the Fish Husbandry Act shall add to the categories of fish and aquatic animals described in article 1(1) of this Regulation other kinds of fish and aquatic animals including fish and aquatic animals imported for breeding (para.1 of transitional and concluding provisions).
