This Ministerial Regulation enters into force on 19 July 2016.
Resumen

This Regulation, consisting of 42 articles divided into six Chapters and two Appendixes, establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to import carcass, meat, edible offal, and/or their processed products into the National territory. Chapter II specifies Import requirements, including Storage period of carcass, meat and offal, requirements for Importation of large ruminant meat and of Country of origin, etc. Following Chapters deal with: Import Procedures; Monitoring; Offences and penalties; Transitional and closing provisions. The Appendixes list the classification of meat, carcass, etc. that can be imported into the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
