Resumen This Regulation lays down provisions on functional food supervision. Functional food shall be proceeded-food containing one functional component or more not dangerous or beneficial to human health. The text lists the activities for the supervision of functional food including: stipulation of standards and requirements for security, quality, nutrition, production and distribution of products; inspection and certification of products; evaluation of security, quality and nutrition of products; labelling. Industries producing functional food shall meet the proper production method of food and system of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). Texto completo Inglés
