Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation provides for: the form, content and manner of keeping the register of fishing areas and fishing zones; the way of making economic fundamentals and annual freshwater fishing; the program for professional examination for the management of fishing area or fishing zone, the form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates on professional examination for the management of fishing area or fishing zone; the program for taking fishing exam, form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates; the program for laying the fish guard exam, form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates; the manner for the correct keeping of Fish Guard services; the type and quantity of fishing gear, equipment and bait in sport fishing; fishing ban and limits on the use of certain fishing gear and equipment for different types of fishing; the form, content and manner of keeping the list of catches in sport fishing; the form, content and amount of license fees for recreational fishing.
